The option to practice using your own texts in Custom texts was a feature right from the start on Typing-SpeedTest.com. Building on this, the option to save and share your custom exercises in Community texts was a new feature introduced at the end of last year. It wasn’t pretty and wasn’t very user-friendly, but we are slowly getting there... thanks to coffee?

During the usual binge-browsing of Reddit, I found a great post with an awesome pic. It is only a render, but no doubt it would be awesome to type on it. I would probably miss the nav cluster and the numpad, but they are alreay missing on the laptop I use most of the time, so no biggies there.

Our blog is now live and will provide (almost) daily updates with tips, tutorials, interesting articles and keyboard related art to motivate your journey to become a better typist. Getting here was a hard journey with a lot of work. This is still a one man project with occasional help from friendly strangers, but it seems that success is closer and closer each month. There is still a long road ahead to reach the goal - to be the #1 typing site online :)
